yoga and adventure retreat July 30 - august 6, 2022Join me in exploring the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica for 8 days and 7 nights of relaxation, adventure, delicious food, exotic culture, connection and community.

Community building before we arrive through virtual connections and group interactions.
8 days, 7 nights in the gorgeous Blue Osa retreat center.
Daily yoga, guided meditation, movement, and breath work.
Workshops, journal sessions, and guided self reflection.
All meals included!
Guided jungle hikes to explore the plants and animals (and see toucans, monkeys, possibly a sloth and much more!)
Waterfall rappelling and horseback riding in the Jungle of Osa.
Enjoy a zipline canopy tour of the peninsula.
Chocolate tour - explore cacao, how its produced, its role in the food cycle, sample it, and more.
A 60 minute massage
Opportunity to add on more tours and spa services once you arrive. (ie: surf lessons, bird watching tour, facials, body scrubs, etc.)
Free time for exploring the local surrounding area, relaxing around the center, or simply creating connection with yourself, nature, and others.
Community and connection in a raw and magical manner that will carry on after the retreat ends.

Transportation to and from Puerto Jimenez. This requires a flight to San Jose, and then a hopper to Puerto Jimenez that we can all book together as a group for a discounted rate.

$2500 per person
All rooms are shared with one, two, or three other guests! Each room has its own bathroom and shower, a bed for each guest, plenty of space to rejuvenate and reconnect.

60 days following your deposit, a payment of $500 is due towards your balance.
The remaining balance is due by June 1st, 2022.
