7 days, 6 nights at our retreat center El Regalo Resort. El Regalo Resort is located amidst verdant foliage in a remote corner of the world near Boca Chica, Panama. Perched on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the Gulf of Chiriqui, with amazing vistas of lush, tropical jungles, the Pacific Ocean, mystical islands scattered on the horizon, and bocas del mar – where the river meets the ocean.
Daily yoga, guided meditation, movement, and breath work.
Workshops, journal sessions, and guided self reflection.
Boquete Day Trip & Hike
Half Day Island Boat Tour! Explore the pristine waters of the Gulf of Chiriqui while visiting three of its most representative islands. First, we head to the turquoise waters and white sand beaches of Isla Bolanos. We then move to Isla Parida, home to lush primary forests and beautiful beaches where we enjoy lunch at a local spot. Then, take a swim at the beach in Isla Gamez, an icon of the Gulf due to its relaxing, clear waters.
Transfers upon arrival and departure in David during specified times.
Free time for exploring the local surrounding area, relaxing around the center, or simply creating connection with yourself, nature, and others.
Community and connection in a raw and magical manner that will carry on after the retreat ends.
