7 days, 6 nights at Sansara, an eco-luxury surf and yoga resort located in Cambutal Panama
We suggest guests arrive in Panama City on Saturday prior to retreat start date, and spend one night in the city to explore, ground and get ready for their retreat. On Sunday morning, the transportation company picks guests up from one of the suggested hotels we work with - and brings you to the resort (appx 5.5 hours away). This is along a fully paved road, with professionals who act as tour guides to ensure you all feel safe and supported along this journey. More info on which hotels to book after you book your spot!
Daily yoga, guided meditation, movement, and breath work. Workshops, journal sessions, and guided self reflection. Movement sessions are a mixture of many formats, lineages, and modalities.
Surf lessons from local guides. Cambutal has been compared to that of Hawaii- and not just because it’s serene and beautiful, but because of the surf.
Guided day trip on a tidepool adventure that takes you deep into the jungle of the Azuero peninsula and along the pristine coastline, offering both land and sea exploration.
Cerro Hoya National Park Day Trip — We leave by boat from Cambutal to travel along one of the most remote coastlines of Panama. On the way, we can see marine life like whales, turtles, marlin, and tuna. We arrive at our satellite location where we explore private beaches with sea caves and tidepools. After a picnic-style lunch we go upriver through the jungle to a nearby waterfall and freshwater pool before returning to the port and heading back to Cambutal.
