7 days, 6 nights at Sansara, an eco-luxury surf and yoga resort located in Cambutal Panama
We suggest guests arrive in Panama City on Saturday prior to retreat start date, and spend one night in the city to explore, ground and get ready for their retreat. On Sunday morning, the transportation company picks guests up from one of the suggested hotels we work with - and brings you to the resort. More info on which hotels to book after you book your spot!
Daily yoga, guided meditation, movement, and breath work. Workshops, journal sessions, and guided self reflection. Movement sessions are a mixture of many formats, lineages, and modalities.
3 healthy and delicious meals daily included
2 Surf lessons from local guides, one on land and one on water. Cambutal has been compared to that of Hawaii- and not just because it’s serene and beautiful, but because of the surf.
4x4 tide pool jungle tour that takes you deep into the jungle of the Azuero peninsula and along the pristine coastline, offering both land and sea exploration.

Blending traditional design with ocean-facing views, Casa Antigua offers a slightly more tucked-away feel within the ocean view category. Ideal for guests seeking a mix of privacy and proximity to the beach and main spaces.

Set slightly elevated, Rio Grande offers a more expansive perspective of the coastline and surrounding landscape. It's ideal for guests who want peeking ocean views, with added privacy and a sense of openness.

Rio Chico - $3100 per person

A more intimate garden cabaña designed for two, Rio Chico offers a quiet, tucked-away setting just steps from the ocean. Large glass doors open to your private terrace overlooking the lush garden.

Anahata - $2800 per person

3 person room, 1 king & 2 twins or 3 twins

This tranquil master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor, and steps away from sinking your toes into the warm black sand. Inside this beautiful cabana includes one king bed or two twins, and a handcrafted twin bed for a third guest. This cabana is equipped with a tastefully designed open concept bathroom, private patio, and outdoor shower to rinse the salt-water away.

One of our most luxurious rooms, our Ganesha cabana is truly a magical space, located directly in front of the Pacific Ocean and right next to our pool, this romantic cabana allows you to wake up to the view of the most magnificent outer reefs directly in front of Sansara.
