• Community building before we arrive through virtual connections and group interactions.

• Round trip transportation from the airport to our retreat center (during specified arrival times)

• 9 days, 8 nights at the gorgeous and luxurious Quinta Bonita Country House. Enjoy the stunning pool, hot tub, day beds, and gardens during your down time.

• Be fully immersed in your own practice, which is something that can be difficult to make space for in the day to day as a yoga teacher. We will be practicing multiple times a day and experiencing many modalities, styles, and traditions.

• Be surrounded by others in your field who are hungry for knowledge and connection.

• Time for self study and reflection.

• All meals included except one dinner out — expect to be satiated and impressed by the included culinary experience.

• 300-hour yoga teacher training & certification

• Time to explore Lagos — Enjoy a walk through the streets and squares of Lagos, which hides many interesting stories and sculptures referring to the time of Henry the Navigator (who lived in Lagos) and the Age of Discoveries. This adorable town has much to offer and is only a short 10 minute Uber away.

• Free time for exploring the local surrounding area, relaxing around the center, or simply creating connection with yourself, nature, and others.
