Overview : 8:00AM - 1:30PM

8:00AM - 10:00AM : Surf lessons & beach time!

10:00AM - 11:30AM : Transition time from surf to yoga & food / connection.

11:30AM - 1:30PM : Yoga, meditation, journaling, & closing.
