yoga and adventure retreat  november 11 - 15, 2021
 

Join me in exploring Tulum Mexico for 5 days and 4 nights of relaxation, adventure, delicious food, exotic culture, connection and community.

 

What you recEIve

  • 4 weeks of virtual yoga classes and guided meditations prior to the retreat to mentally and physically prep us.

  • Intention setting virtual workshop / exercise prior to the retreat for self reflection and understanding.

  • Community building before we arrive through virtual connections and group interactions.

  • 5 days, 4 nights in the gorgeous Jungle Keva Retreat center.

  • Daily yoga, guided meditation, movement, and breath work.

  • Workshops, journal sessions, and guided self reflection.

  • All meals except one dinner and one lunch included! (This gives space to explore local restaurants)

  • An interactive cooking class provided by a private chef.

  • Xibalba cenote & zipline tour excursion!

  • Transportation to all planned excursions and a beach day.

  • Free time for exploring the local surrounding area, relaxing around the center, or simply creating connection with yourself, nature, and others.

  • Community and connection in a raw and magical manner that will carry on after the retreat ends.

  • Reflection material and follow up content that guides us to implement our practices into our daily lives.

NOT INCLUDED.

  • Transportation to and from the retreat center — We will fly into Cancun and from there you can take a taxi van or the public ADO bus. As the retreat approaches I can help organize transportation and recommend safe and reliable private transportation. (Private transportation is around $220 for 1-4 people round trip. ADO bus is reliable, safe, and only $10 per trip.)

  • Two meals not included - one dinner and one lunch on our beach day.

  • Alcoholic beverages.

Each lodge has an indoor/outdoor shower, tempurpedic mattresses and pillows, bamboo sheets, nespresso mini cafe service, mini fridge, safe box, AC, organic toiletries, hammock/seating area, and a meditation space.

Save my spot

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to save your spot.
60 days following your deposit, a payment of $500 is due towards your balance.
The remaining balance is due by August 1st, 2021.
